Beginning at 3:42pm MT on March 28, 2023, we received our last success from the inbound email parser. As our teams reconfigured to overcome the errors being received, we were unable to parse inbound emails to Lead Docket.
This incident was fully resolved today at 11:00am MT, however, the inbound emails cannot be recovered.
We have updated our monitoring and testing to ensure this failure does not reoccur, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our users.
