Today from 10:20 AM MT to 2:43PM MT - a problem with our provider prevented several services from working as expected.
Most notably our public API and the ability to use two-factor authentication. Our provider has found the root cause and believes they have a fix in place that will prevent this particular failure from happening again. We have accommodated these changes in any way necessary.
We appreciate the patience of users impacted today.

We believe the problems with our provider have been fully resolved. Speeds and functionality appear to have returned to standard performance.If users experience anything outside of expected behavior, please open a conversation with our support team.
Investigating
We have discovered that 2FA is also being impacted for several environments. We believe this is related to an ongoing AWS incident. More information to come as we receive updates from AWS and our internal teams.

API calls are failing intermittently in all Filevine environments. This may affect integrations and enterprise automations. We are working with our provider to determine next steps.
